The special result report of the damage cause of the turbo

The turbo damaged in the past, and the problems of the vehicles have been verified for eighteen months of 8 vehicles. A cause could be almost specified recently. Refer to it because the items which were common to each vehicle were put together.

TEST
1:The test is a turbine exchange after that without doing an OIL exchange more than 5000km.
2: The test is a turbine exchange after an OIL exchange is done and flashing is done withou
  doing an OIL exchange more than 5000km.

  Four units did a turbine blow as a result of changing vehicles by this test which went each twice.
  Of course OIL is exchanged at the time of the turbine exchange as well.

And, after action did the periodic OIL exchange of 2000 more km 3 times twice, a blow didn't do flashing with an engine of the same condition by vehicles which replaced a turbine. (test period 5 months)

It let specify the above for the reason. And, because a countermeasure can't be helped, as for the used car, a countermeasure suggests that a line from the OIL bread to the turbo is exchanged for the new article as for the vehicles that past details aren't clear.

About the air cleaner in sponge form

As for the sponge-shaped air cleaner, the amounts of inflow air decrease rapidly because it chokes it under the condition that it is inhaled at the time of the over intake absorption.
In other words, the vehicles which are the condition that the proper amount of inhalation can't be secured by a sponge's being inhaled to the pipe part to the rapid amount of absorption any more have been increasing.

Proper intake is conversely important against the exhaust, too. F6A's are the vehicles passing for more than ten years. It is suggested that even the sensor kind of the vehicles and an electric kind are checked again.
